This case is surprisingly versatile and solid. It has a lot of room inside, with adjustable dividers that help keep everything organized. The mesh pockets are great for storing smaller items like cables or SD cards, while the main compartment is spacious enough for bigger accessories. The outer shell is sturdy, providing good protection without being too rigid, and the zippers are smooth and seem built to last. This is a nice size of case for all kinds of things. I am using mine for a different brand of drive, but it is capable of holding just about anything of the appropriate size. The dividers keep cords from scratching the drive, and the SD slots are a welcome feature.For under $14 at the time of review, this case is a good value!

This is a nice little case that I’m certain that I will find a use for. One should not think that this is a dedicated case for a San Disk SSD. It’s not.The case has a two-part hard shell covered with a fabric. The halves are joined by a fabric hinge and can be zippered. There is a small handle. Inside there are a number of mesh pockets and a rigid divider with a number of elasticized bands, some of which can be used for holding an SD card. There is also an adjustable divider that can be used to separate the larger part of the case into two.Given that the case is offered for a SanDisk external SSD drive, I expected a fitted compartment that would keep the drive immobilized. Not so. In fact there was enough room inside the case so that the drive could move around from side to side, making a little knock with each step I took when I walked with it. The case is rather small, so that if you stuff the charger and wires into it, there is not much room for anything else.Given the movement permitted to my SSD drive, I would be just as well of, or even better off, carrying it in my pocket or in my brief case.

I took a chance on this fitting a different kind of external hard drive because the cases for the WD Elements drive are too small for my taste and often don't fit correctly.As you can see in the first photo, the drive fits well on the right side with the mesh cover preventing much movement. I'll have to ask a friend what I should use to prevent it bumping the mesh top. My first thought is a microfiber cloth but I don't know if that would work with an electric device. It's good for now without it.I love all the room in the case. As I don't have many SD cards, I'll be using those spaces for the 16+ flash drives I've accumulated. There's even room for another drive, such as the SSD I got for travel last year.I think the cords and cables will go well in the top pocket with a zipper and mesh opening so I can see at a glance what's there.Aside from all the space, the build quality of the case is solid, with components I'll be trusting hundreds of dollars of hardware to. The case is well made with good zippers I believe will work for years.

This case is bigger than I expected (I don't have the hard drive it was made for) but the dimensions seemed close to what I have. I was able to use some Styrofoam that I had to fill the difference. It is sturdy and well made.
