I was concerned when I arrived. Got to assembling it today and my concerns resolved. It’s not heavy duty, but it will protect my sub. The paint is good but it requires a bit of effort to land the screws tight, but that helps replace the need for lock tight. I’ve got it over a 10” Skar VD10, and it has 1/2” clearance on both sides.

Need assembling, a 15 min thing, precision of the screws holes are so so, but do the job...from china you know ..... we cannot have too high expectations !i took the flat black one, great paint finish (note: when new outside the bag) .For 25$, metal not plastic , will protect the sub well. will give a great look.overall, recommended

The guard seems quite sturdy when built. Fit perfectly around my 10" subwoofer. Needs to be put together. Be careful when screwing in the bolts. One of threading almost stripped. The self tapering screws was easy to use. Recommend using a drill with a '+' bit. Don't have to worry about groceries bumping the sub now. Happy with the purchase.

no tiene instructivo, pero es muy facil de armar, quedo excelente en mi cajon, recomendado ampliamente

A bit of a finicky assembly but she holds strong once put together. Feels like good quality metal and it fits like a glove around the 10" sub with about a ⅛" clearance on both sides. No vibration and easy to install!

This is a solid product. It arrives in pieces and requires some assembly, but totally worth it. It goes on very solidly. I have a fiberglass enclosure in the side panel of my '06 honda pilot and this protects the sub I just install well, plus it looks good. My sub is recessed mounted, but even if not, you'd need a sub with extreme excursion to worry about hitting the edges of the grille.
