I have recently discovered Sweedish Dishcloth thanks to one of subscription boxes. This came in cute prints and they are very durable. I use them in the kitchen and after a while, I will use them for bathroom sink, etc. because they are SO durable and never seem to break down! For kitchen use, I just put this in the top rack of dishwasher to disinfect and there is no smell whatsoever. This reduces the paper towel usage in my household which is better for the envrionment and for my wallet :)

These are the same quality as the $$$ cloths recommended on wirecutter, for a fraction of the price. They really are fantastic and replace the need for paper towels.

Pros: multiple uses, colorful, durable, absorbent sponge cloths; greatly reduces need for paper towels plus biodegradable & compostable; reasonably priced.Cons: they take quite a while to dry (best to hang on hooks to dry) and are made in China, not Sweden so quality is not quite the same (they don't feel as pleasantly soft to me when washing dishes as the authentic Swedish dishcloths).Still glad I found these Swedish style dishcloths and enjoy using them especially because they're environmentally friendly.

I split a pack up to give for gifts. I kept one for myself (of course) and I love it. I’ve been using it to clean my countertops and it works well.
