My old cloth oven mitts had served our family well evidenced by tiny holes, little scorch marks, and multiple stains. One thumb even found a hole large enough to peep through resulting in many sad, blistered thumbs; the search began. Having heard good things about silicone oven mitts, I thought I would give those a try. This pair, most likely because they were pink, were on sale at a significant discount; they won the lottery and were ordered. Don't worry, you have 10 other color options. However, the main requirement was that the mitt cover a good portion of the forearm which these do at 14.5 inches. The silicone material (which the ad states is BPA free) coupled with the textured pattern ensure a secure, non-slip grip which has alleviated worrying about dropping the dish or pan. Silicone tolerates very high heat without difficulty (up to 484F unlike cotton mitts according to the ad which makes them safe to use with the grill) eliminating worries about the hot item burning through to the skin. The inside of the mitt is thickly padded, fits securely, and is quite comfortable. The mitts are very easy to clean with no staining or residue absorbed or left behind. The only minor drawback is that for those with very large hands they may fit snugly. Although when my husband tried them on, he noted that the mitts were indeed snug, but they were not uncomfortable at all and did not limit or interfere with his usage of the mitts. Along with great heat protection, these mitts also relieve worries and add an element of security contributing to the enjoyment of cooking. Son buenos guantes y cumplen su función al 100%, le puse 4.5 de calificación, ya que si se me hacen un poco brumosos y muy grandes, entonces no puedes maniobrar mucho con ellos cuando los tienes puestos, sin embargo el calor no traspasa, no se dañan ni decoloran y son fáciles de limpiar

Cómodos al uso, acojinamiento delgado pero suficiente, el plástico se siente de muy buena resistencia y a la vez flexible, da la sensación de buena protección y de durabilidad, sus colores neutros son muy agradables y elegantes. El que tenga como juego los porta caliente es muy útil y homogéneo a la vista de la cocina y mesa.

Zwar nicht gerade billig im Preis, aber sehr gut, leicht zu reinigen und schützt auch bis zur Hälfte des Unterarms. Bin sehr zufrieden.Also Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Tienen excelente calidad, el silicon se siente terso y fino, por dentro es tela acojinada con costura de rombos, y tiene un ojal para colgar.Están cómodos y muy resistentes al calor y ño que más me gustó es que no son resbaladizos y puedo sujetar bien las bandejas y moldes.

These took a little while to arrive and were quite pricey - but what price do you put on the safety of your hands? So, I took the plunge and ordered them. I confess to being disappointed.Whilst they do protect from the heat, I have found them to be excessively large and stiff - so I worry that I haven't got a good enough grip of the pan or tray. To be honest, I think these are best suited to men who enjoy barbecue-ing rather than ladies that bake/cook in a kitchen.

Perfectos! cómodos con exterior antideslizante, con grosor suficiente para sacar mi cacerola de hierro fundido del horno a 450°F/26°C, y no sentir lo caliente en las manos. Para usar en el horno me encanta, son lo suficientemente largos que con ellos me siento segura de que no me voy a quemar. Me quedan un poco grandes, pero supongo los hacen de un solo tamaño para que lo puedan usar diferentes persona, esto no me limita en nada en su uso. Los que compré son color rosado, y me encantaron. Los uso hasta para cerrar la tapa de la olla de presión pues me permite tener buen agarre para girar la llave de cierre. Los recomiendo!

Un producto maravilloso. Resiste perfectamente el calor y no traspasa, al menos yo no siento que haya calor o que queme. Ideales incluso para meter moldes al gratinador, mover las repisas calientes del horno, son una maravilla. Para horno de gas o eléctrico son magnificos, incluso en el microondas ayudan. Para horno tostador son algo grandes, pero súper seguros y protectores. Excelente calidad y materiales, además son lavables con facilidad y sin necesidad de esperar a que sequen, cómo otros de tela.
