Esta caja de luz cuadrada de 27,95 x 27,95 x 11,95 cm de GVM es compatible con paneles LED de la serie GVM 480LS/560AS/800DRGB. Utiliza un paño de nylon galvanizado suave, flexible y forrado con un interior plateado tenso y reflectante para maximizar la salida de luz. Se monta a través de sujetadores táctiles en la parte frontal del panel LED y utiliza varillas para sostener el difusor o la rejilla opcional. El softbox reduce el contraste mientras se difunde la luz. La cuadrícula está disponible opcionalmente para reducir la expansión del haz, controlar la luz dispersa y permitir la iluminación selectiva.

Re. GVM Softbox for LED Video Light 800D 480LS 560AS Video Lighting Accessories ...Bought for a GVM 560AS. The pictures shown are accurate so we can't be fooled into thinking this is a real softbox simply because the description says so. This is a diffusion sheet that fits across your existing barndoors. It does this with the aid of four sturdy plastic corner v-clips (my term) and velcro stuck along inside edge of barn doors.Firstly the clips do not hold in place well until the diffusion fabric has been stretched across and fastened to corner clips and barn doors via velcro. Even then however the clips are prone to slide up from the corners. This can of course be rectified easily using gaffer tape but when you pay over £40 for a small light modifier you shouldn't have to improvise a fix for a bui8lt in design flaw!Recommend too buying a light stand extender bracket to attach to the GVM light stand mount to allow more tilt room. Or you will not be able to tilt the light down when the light is raised higher than your subject becasue the lower barn door will hit the frame of the light. This is a common problem with this GVM light when you have the barn doors open wide so not the fault of the light modifier here.The honeycomb fabric is a little redundant since this light modifier doesn't widen (much) the light output and so really doesnt need much directional control. A larger softbox with diffuson panel further away than 4-5 inches from LED panel would benefit from honeycomb accessory. But even if you wanted to use this honey comb fabric where do you attach it - only four strips of velcro are supplied so you will need to buy more velcro to fit the honey comb below the diffusion fabric.Haven't used this 'diffusion accessory' yet in practice but it will clearly soften the light more which is what I need To be used as a subject backlight or background lighting for interviews or location main or secondary light source for low light scenarios.Biggest gripe is the price, well above what this cheaply made accessory is worth IMHO. Priced closer to £20 would have given four stars.

Just do not waste your time and money on this accessory. There is a detailed and review above, which echoes my own sentiments. Even the instructions don’t match the actual assembly, and don’t include a mention of how to get the loose rods to stay in their sockets, let alone find corresponding pockets in the fabric edging of the softbox. They are either poorly constructed or worse absent altogether and this is the case on two identical products I have purchased. I didn’t get as far as attaching the scrim, there was no point, as the box itself doesn’t stay in place given the loose fitting of the rods and so you will be very lucky to get as far as fitting the diffuser. The frustration of a poorly designed product like this just negates any positives I may currently harbour about the 800D lights themselves. I may just return the whole lighting kit. Around £500 for a kit that cannot be used as advertised is Ridiculous and outrageous.

I purchased two of these soft boxes even after reading some poor reviews. I use two 480LS which I can confirm the softboxes are not a great fit. The softbox has a cutout on either side where the tightening screws from the led light frame should fit neatly together with the softbox. Unfortunately, the cutout is misaligned so while the softbox cutout is centered the led lights attachment to the stand is about 60% the way up. Just like in other reviews, I was not able to insert all 4 rods. I think this was because there were only 3 holes. Where the velco attached once the softbox was wrapped around, there was no hole in either softbox for the rod to be inserted. I was still able to use the rods, but they protrude a little out of those corners.I didn't have much of a problem with light spilling out the back of the softbox, like some, and after all said and done the boxes do their job quite nicely. At least for my purposes. Just know that they are not designed perfectly, but if you can live with that then they still do a decent job. Maybe I should expect more for the money.

It's excellent modifier for those that want to introduce a more professional look to their lighting but it is overpriced for what is canvas like material velcro and 4 metal rods.

The first GVM product that I dislike. Installation is quite the hassle. The material is very flimsy and the design is just not easy to use.
