Fantastic kettle until it just stopped working, outside of the warranty window. For the price, I had hoped it would last longer AND a better warranty. For all the claims of longstanding British heritage, the product is yet another made in China kettle. Attractive, but not long lasting quality.

Pretty good quality, works well and heats water quickly. I am disappointed that it contains a bit of plastic inside where it shows how much water is inside and black plastic by the filter nozzle. We spent the money to avoid plastic and the product is listed as all stainless steel. If a small amount of plastic doesn't bother you, it's a great kettle.

This has been such a nice addition to our kitchen! We use it daily and have not had any problems. It heats up quickly, but does get a little hot on the handle and sides if it’s all the way full.

A handsome addition to any kitchen. I had the pleasure of using one in England a couple of weeks ago and couldn't wait to get home and place my order.

Rose gold started peeling off. Handle gets hot. Otherwise it was a beautiful kettle when it was brand new. My niece sewed a cover for the handle to save the day, so we still use it.
