Came in decent looking condition. Battery wasn't doing too well, got about 2 hrs of light use before dying. Refurbished should mean checking or replacing the battery bare minimum.About 2 months later the battery stopped charging at all and it only works when plugged in. Too late to return now. With the cost of having a new battery installed, I could have bought this brand new.If you're considering buying one of these, please look up the cost of a new battery and if you can't do it yourself, the cost of having it done at a shop. Then compare the price of a comparable laptop brand new. Most likely the difference won't be worth rolling the dice.Gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because it came in great shape other than the battery. No scratches or dents. Screen had no scratches or issues and the touch screen works great. But a laptop with a dead or dying battery isn't worth this price.

The laptop came good without any physical scratches. The first seller (Coretek Computers) sent me with defective battery and refunded me instead of changing the battery. But the second seller (IT Supply Guy) sent me proper functioning laptop with good battery. Overall product is good, fast and as expected

The laptop came earlier than expected. While the 256ssd was expected, it is a little less than I would like but great for the price. Ontop of that, it is a big plus that this has good enough specs to run modern games I own. I would buy from here again should my laptop break.

I ordered this Renewed in excellent shape and it arrived like new, although it was not in original packaging (as expected). The power supply did not work, but that may have been me - the center charging pin was bent and not making a connection - be careful. But, have no fear, because it will charge with a type C charger too (I have one and it's more convenient to use).I wanted to do some gaming while travelling and didn't want the hassle of taking my full desktop - it plays all the games I like, such as Fallout 76.It is light and durable, the backlit keyboard is awesome, has a great display. I chose a 256GB SSD, but it seems small now, since Fallout takes almost 100GB. There is no SD card reader or storage bay, so choose the SSD size you need. It has multiple USB ports, so travel storage is not an issue.
