Wow I wish I bought this sooner because this knife can handle whatever you throw at it. The only thing that was a small inconvenience was the sharpeness as mine came out more on the duller side. Still not bad but very fixable by sharpening it. Has a great belt loop and sheath that comes with the knife which can also fit a ferro rod into one of its loops too. Knife is pretty light but feels good in hand and it's really trusty when it comes to anything you throw at it.

I’ve had the knife for 3 months now to replace one of a similar vein, a Morakniv companion.Hultafors’ option is superior in basically every way.The sheath is pretty standard plastic, but it’s separate from the belt loop, which is great for me due to knife laws where I live. Quick on/off.The knife itself is fantastic, I don’t know how they make them so good at the price point.The handle is comfortable, with a good texture to give you a secure grip. It really never feels like it’ll slip out your hand. The blade itself takes and holds an edge very well, it came sharp but only took 5 minutes on a 1000/6000 grit whetstone to be sharp enough to shave. It held that edge through a solid 4 days of use on a camping trip where I used it pretty much non stop all 4 days.The only flaw, and I use “flaw” VERY lightly, is it’s a touch dented on the spine from being hammered through wood. This isn’t really a flaw of the knife itself, had I used a bit of wood the way I’d usually do it would’ve been fine, but I had a framing hammer to hand and used that instead. The dents are minor and I could really fix them, I just don’t care to.A must buy at a price point that hides the sheer quality and robustness of the knife. For me, expensive blades are for chefs. For an every day fixed blade I want a number of things and this ticks every single box.

Es la segunda vez que pido un cuchillo de Hultafor y no viene en su empaque original’ por que? No lo sé, adjunto foto. También dice que traería un ferrocerio y no lo trae

Heard and saw the reviews on this knife and took the plunge.Batoning: able to baton but only can be done to smaller logsFeathering : does a great jobFilleting : Does the job but not the best cutWill recommend for the casual camper who needs a knife to get things done around the campsite .Not your FX-1 or ESEE . But it’s a heck of a workhorse

Je rejoins quelques commentaires pour confirmer que le couteau respire la qualité mais n'est pas rasoir comme un Morakniv en sorti de boite peut être que c'est la volonté du constructeur d'avoir un couteau tranchant mais pas trop rasoir pour les épreuves de coupent à la volée ou pour fendre une buche.Nénamoins un petit passage à la pierre puis au cuit et vous avez un scalpel donc pas d'inquiétude

En general me pareció un hermoso cuchillo. La foto que puse no le hace justicia porque en realidad es mucho más bello, pero la iluminación no ayudó mucho. Tengo algunos Morakniv pero este me interesó por ser de la misma medida aproximada a un Robust de Mora, pero en "acero al alto carbono" lo cual me pareció interesante. Me llegó perfectamente sellado afilado y lubricado para evitar la corrosión característica de estos cuchillos con alto contenido de carbono y en el tiempo previsto. Así que me encuentro muy satisfecho y contento con mi nueva adquisición y por su puesto que lo recomiendo a cualquier bushcrafero amante de los filos.

El chuchillo es muy llamativo a la vista, una vez en tus manos inmediatamente vas a notar lo cómodo que es su mango, esto destaca mucho, la hoja de acero al carbón lo hacen una pieza resistente ideal para cualquier tarea, caza, bushcraft. Es un cuchillo muy equilibrado.

今まではモーラを使用していたのですが、ナイフの峰でファイヤースターターが擦れるナイフを探していました。と言ってもリーズナブルに越したことはなく、また切れ味と見た目も気になっていました。そして見つけたのがハルタホースのこのナイフです。探し始めた時の条件の他に、ファイヤースターターが装着できる、他人と被らない、刃が黒いので火花を散らした後の汚れが気にならないというオマケも付いてきました。フェザーは僕の腕の悪さを除けば普通に作れます。フルタングではありませんがバトニングも問題ありません。オーバースペックではない、とても使いやすいおすすめのナイフです！
