The hat is well made but the embroidered figure is just an iron on dinosaour. My toddler did not mind it though. He likes wearing it and pretend he is an explorer. I would recommend for childer smaller than 4T. My son just turned 4T and it fits a bit tight, I know he won't be able to wear it for long.

Got this for my six month old as he is pretty chunky and has a big old melon as well lol the hat is just as advertised. It is big on him like I said he’s six months old, but we’ll definitely grow into it as it warms up! it seems to be made while not itchy and has a nice little children’s job to make sure it does not fall off and onto the floor. The design on the inside is cute, but I love the neutral color that it’s not so dark it attracts more heat to them. I feel like it’s a fair price point. It seems to be decent quality for the price as well.

I needed a hat for my 2 year old daughter that I know would match most of her outfits. I love that this hat has a reversible function that means it can go from plain to super funky whenever my toddler changes her mind. The hat is UPF 50 which gives me peace of mind, especially because my daughter is super fair skinned and has eczema. The brim has a little bit of stiffer material which is nice, which means that it will not be floppy or blow around in the wind and keep the sun out of her eyes. The strap is adjustable which means she can grow with this hat, but I do wish it was a breakaway design so I didn't have to worry about her getting tangled. The material is soft and sturdy, and because it's cotton that means I should be able to easily machine wash this and air dry.
