Mount the bracket to the wall. Place the tower holder onto it. Now you need to tighten the screw with the hex wrench. I've done this many times for things like this. But this one is bad. The wrench cannot pivot around the screw more than 60 degrees with hitting the wall. It is difficult to seat the wrench into the screw. And ultimately, the screw does not hold the thing in place. I tried slowly, 1/3 of a turn at a time, to make this work. about seven total attempts. The hardware failed even after the tedious effort.

Looks great, but I prefer a ring, because your constantly straightening towel.

No matter how you fasten this to the wall, it moves and looks crooked. Not high quality.
