This is my second purchase of this type of phone holder. My previous was stolen, but I knew I had to have the exact type because I enjoyed it so much. I have had this telephone holder on my Trek Hybrid bicycle for over a week, and so far, there have been no issues whatsoever. I live in San Francisco, and the roads here are worse than being in the back country, with huge crater pot holes, and roads that a car can barely navigate. I go through all of these with no noticeable movement of my phone. Even the music does not skip or waver while using bluetooth. That is an actually remarkable. This is the first phone holder that I have seen that has a safety lock. To be honest, I use it only half of the time, and with or without it, my phone is stable and safe. It was simple to install—within a few minutes. It comes with rubber silicone to protect your handle bars, and the four corners have silicone to protect your phone. I have also mounted this backwards, so that I can tape my ride from my eyesight view. There is very little vibration, so I get a smooth view of my ride to view after the fact. There are times when the view is fuzzy. This holder is not 100% vibration free, but it does come close. Regardless, I am an avid cyclist, and I have tried numerous phone holders. This has been the best I have had so far, and it seems that every year, they get better and better. I highly recommend this phone holder.

This bicycle handlebar phone mount is well made and durable, holding my phone securely during rides. While the grip isn’t super tight, it’s been perfectly fine for road biking—though I could see it potentially being an issue on rougher mountain biking trails.I really like the easy flip lock on the back, which quickly secures the phone in place. My only real complaint is the oversized screw tightener used to attach it to the handlebars. It’s bulky, making it hard to position alongside brake and gear cables, and it limits where the mount can be placed. Despite that, it’s a solid, reliable choice for most casual cyclists.

If you ride a bike, motorcycle, ATV, golfcart, or generally anything that jostles around when on bumpy terrain, this is your phone mount. I previously destroyed a fairly new iPhone 14 Pro Max a year ago on my riding mower when a lesser phone mount couldn't handle the vibrations. My phone tumbled out and fell right in front of the mower deck which quickly reformatted it into shiny confetti. Side note, iPhones have a strange smell when they are shredded / vaporized; sort of like burnt cotton candy. Anyway, this new JUSTTOP Motorcycle Phone Mount with Vibration Dampener is the ticket to no worries though. The tension is the perfect balance allowing easy loading but confident releasing of your phone. Once you flip that little locking trigger, your phone is going nowhere. I used an existing dash mount ball for my mower, but saved the handlebar clamp for my mountain bike. I can now easily swap the phone holder portion of this mount from my bike to my mower and vice versa now. All joints can be loosened or tightened very easily, and the ball joint provides ample rotational movement. Great product and cheers to no more shiny confetti.

I really like this phone holder!Having compared several different phone holders there are many that clip onto the handlebars. This one, as well as some others fully wraps around the handlebars so even if something comes loose the phone will not fall to the ground. That was my first priority. Other than that, the mechanism for inserting and holding the phone is very nice and sturdy, and the locking mechanism adds another layer of security even though the springs holding it are probably enough. The ball-joint connection between the holder and the handlebar connection offers swiveling the phone in any angle or orientation one desires.I have nothing but good things to say for my personal use, which is on a fat-tire E-bike, however if you're looking for something ultra light and shaving every ounce, then this may be heavier than you want. Also, this and some other holders boast shock absorption features. This is very subjective... it does have visible shock absorption, but still if you're on a bumpy gravel road or trail, the shock absorption is pretty minimal. I really couldn't expect ANY phone holder to better in this regard though.

We believe this was just a packaging mistake—looks like two non-matching parts from different phone mounts were tossed into the same box. The ball joint was too large and wouldn’t seat into the socket, making the mount unusable. That said, we like the design and really need a working motorcycle phone holder, so we’ve requested a replacement. The return process was quick and easy through Kohl’s, no hassle at all. We’ll update this review after we receive and test the new one.Star rating explained: The product failed to function right out of the box due to what looks like a mismatch in manufacturing or packaging. That’s not a minor ding—it rendered it useless. But I'm giving the company the benefit of the down at making it right by requesting a replacement.
