This KastKing neck gaiter is good quality and is designed with hydrocool technology to help keep you cool and dry when outdoors on hot days. This product has sun protection with a UPF 50+ rating and consists of nylon/spandex fabric that has some stretch to it. This gaiter can be worn in many different ways but I ordered it for use as a neck gaiter to protect my neck and lower face area from getting bit by bugs when outdoors. I live in a rural area in southern Colorado that has lots of pesky flying insects during the summer which like to bite me around my neck area such as flies, pirate bugs and mosquitos, so this product should help protect me when doing chores around my house and when fishing also. This product is a bit tight which causes it to slide down off my face but I am sure it should loosen up over time. I would rather have it tight anyways to keep them bugs from crawiling up under it to get to my skin! I have many other KastKing fishing products and have been very impressed with the quality of all of them including this neck gaiter. Based upon the quality and design of this product I recommend it to others who spend time outdoors during the summer.

I’ve owned a LOT of fishing gaiters and they are NOT all the same. Some have a mesh front to help with better air circulation when needing to breathe on those hotter days and some are built more for additional protection for those cold runs on the lake and feel better insulated. This one is the latter.It provides complete coverage from sun exposure and has a nice fit. The material is on the denser side and has been perfect for those early spring colder mornings and days. I have many different styles and would say that this one is my go to for the colder weather. As the morning temps moved from the 40s to the 60s, it did get a bit warm with this one. But like I said - they are all different and this one fits the need for those cold mornings and days where you want both insulation for warmth and coverage for skin protection.

Great neck gator. My son and I wear these all the time when working out in the yard or when we go fishing. The fabric is good quality and my son likes the cool designs

This gaiter is very light, soft and smooth. A little snug for wearing as a face mask unless you have a smallish head, but may stretch out over time. Nice long tube, so lots of ways to use it as a neck wrap, hair cover, hair tie, etc. So nice to have that cool refreshing cloth as well as SPF when working or recreating outside.

It feels good, not too tight not too loose. A little smelly out of the pack so needs a wash. I love how they have instructions for different uses at the back of the box. Made out of nylon-spandex, it feels good on the skin and will definitely be used during hikes in Southern California.
