This is a great product which allowed me to keep my current Hunter fan. The grommets as supplied by Hunter have about a ten year lifespan before they fail. The grommets are used to secure the fan blade to the blade mount. Prior to inserting the grommets I applied some lube to the holds

These are a perfect replacement for the rubber grommets on Hunter ceiling fans. My grommets were failing at the single bolt nearest the fan. Due to how awkward it was to try to remove them with the fan blade still attached, I did have to remove each fan blade to make the change. Took me about 20 minutes to remove the fan blades, replace the grommets, and replace the fan blades.

Fit perfect. The old ones were deteriorated and causing noise. After the installation the fan is quiet again. I thought the fan was going bad but after doing searches online I found that the noise is caused by bad grommets. I took a chance since it would of course be cheaper than buying a new fan. Try this first if you want to keep the fan.

Excellent fit, great price, super fast delivery.Adding some notes hopefully for other customers. Didn't know about the grommets in fan blades. Our old fan made a periodic noise every few seconds and I always thought it was something internal. Then searching on the web realized the grommets had worn rather a lot. You access it from the top, pretty easy with a Philips screwdriver. Cleaned the blade and the old screw (soak) with IPA/Rubbing alcohol to remove all the sticky rubber. Installed back for a smooth operating fan. No more periodic noise. Thanks.
