can't focus up close as I used to so this tool is invaluable--can basically tie a knot by feel now. The only issue is that these are reasonably expensive for what they are, and their attachment system isn't very good. It's worth putting into a pouch or a pocket as they easily get set free from the little clip which is why I have had to make more than one purchase...

Game changer! I used to struggle tying clinch knots on flies with small tippet but not any more. Simple but brilliant design that really works. I was skeptical when I bought it until I used it for the first time and now I will always have one with me when I am out fishing. Makes tying the most useful fishing knots much easier. A must have item especially for those of us with older eyes.

**Update - I just got the new & improved Knot Kneedle! It's Absolutely Awesome!! It's even easier to use than the previous one I have. The spring is a lot easier to compress with one hand so it's easier to thread the eye with line and the small form factor is no problem now since the spring is a lot less tight. LOVE THIS KNEEDLE!! Shout Out Again Guys! You just keep making this better and better! Thank You!!I've had this Knot Needle for over a month now and I'm still learning how to tie different knots with it... It's very solid in the hand, even though it was a slight bit smaller than I anticipated :). It's helpful because it almost acts like a third hand because it's holding onto the tag end of the line and weighting it down while I tie the knot. I also LOVE All the videos that show step by step, in HD quality how to tie the various knots with the Knot Kneedle. Great Product! - Update - I've had 2 conversations with the company - 1 before and 1 after the sale and Customer Service was outstanding, truly caring and much quicker than I anticipated. If you have neuropathy, arthritis, poor eyesight or other impairments to fine dexterity then you might fine working with fine fishing line and tippets as frustrating as I do. This tool look over designed, but it is well made and does the job really well, making knot typing much easier. Very helpful videos for a variety of knots too. I recommend it and hope you don't drop in a a fast moving stream or deep water.
