I am from Barcelona, living in the US. I was missing the food of my country. I could find online most of my favorite recipes I think it’s really cool that I’ve found an authentic cookbook in Catalan! I have it always in the kitchen, I bought a stand rustic style specifically for it. If you’re not familiar with this language don’t be afraid of buying this book, it’s totally worth it! There’s actually lots of tools to help with translation.

Superb, but if you don’t know Catalan well you’re going to need a good Catalan-English dictionary or facility with a good online translator. Many cooking terms are not close cognates to their Spanish or English equivalents.Translated editions in English and Spanish would be extremely welcome and help spread the deliciousness of Catalan cuisine far more widely!

Una obra imprescindible pels amants de la cuina catalana. Ben estructurat i amb una quantitat enorme de receptes. Molt recomanable per les persones que ja saben cuinar i també per les que volen iniciar-se en la cuina.
