I’ve always been concerned about scratching my new induction cooktop. Initially, I bought silicone matting, which protected the glass top. However, it would get deformed at higher temperatures. This mat has ridges on the bop and bottom, which seem to prevent the deforming. They also look nicer and clean easily. It seems the reduce the normal heat level a bit since the pans are a bit further away from the magnets. But I’m glad to be able to use the higher heat settings now

Circle K Induction Cooking Mat (made of highly heat resistant Silicon Fiberglass). I bought several sizes to best match my induction glass top stove burners. I’ve owned two other glass top stoves that were the regular electric coils (under glass). No matter how careful we were both stoves ended up with scratches or burn marks that couldn’t be removed. I selected an induction stove for its responsiveness and for the way it heats pans directly using magnetic waves as opposed to electric coils. I tested the Circle K mats on various heat settings from low to highest and they worked great! No scratches and the mats never got hot enough to melt or even get sticky. I read a lot of reviews where some people used the mats on regular electric coils and of course they melted. Note: If you use a highly magnetic pan like a cast iron skillet you can’t use the highest heat settings as cast iron retains more heat than stainless steel and could melt the mats. Circle K tells you this right up front. You can safely use cast iron by keeping the heat just below the highest burner setting. The beauty of these mats is that your pans don’t slide on the glass top and they scratch as the mats are the buffer. Another plus is that the mats keep small spills and splashes from burning on the glass. The mats are easy to clean and store. I keep them in the drawer with our pot holders.

Amazing product but crazy expensive for what it is. Definitely worth saving damage to your new cooktop! It would be 5 Star if not so darn costly!

Got these for my new induction stove top. They are perfect for when my husband cooks and isn't as mindful when sliding pots across the top. They fit the burner perfectly (the others from another company don't fit) They need to fit the burner size with induction for them to work properly. I would recommend these.
