These solar lights have saved me so much money on my electric bill, I have installed 5 around my property. They stayed lit all night until around 5:30 AM. Love them. Zero maintenance. Can't go wrong.

Bright lights light up our back yard basketball court. Perfect for what we needed and we didn't have to run electric lines.

While a very bright light but construction quality is poor compared to other solar lights on the market and in same price range. I would be surprised if this light lasts through a Maine winter. Poor winter performance, I do not recommend for regions that receive snow.Positives:** Very Bright Light, even at 30% provides enough light for basic security in dark areas.** Larger battery then most solar lights.Negatives:** Poor Winter Months Performance compared to other then other light on the market. To overcome this a more efficient or large solar panel is needed. When comparing this to other solar lights I own the issue appears to be related to the solar panel. Other lights I own have less of an issue with the snow not siding off the solar panel. Plus, even when the snow remains on the solar panel these other lights still fully charges during a sunny day, not so with the Loyoele lights.** Light mounting bracket too weak for wet snow and will bend down causing the light to no longer charge.** No Low battery shutoff circuit, because of this the battery is allowed to completely drained, which will greatly shorten battery life. Because of this I doubt the light will last six months.** Motion detection needs to cover a larger area and not trigger during rain. When mounted at the maximum recommended height the motion detection is not very sensitive except to rain.** No separate photoelectric sensor to shut off the LED light during the day when the solar panel is covered with snow and the sky is overcast resulting in more unneeded battery drain.** Moisture present on inside of light lens after rain/snow storm, definitely not IP65 waterproof. I did resolve this by popping the solar panel off and applying silicone sealant there the panel sits on the frame, except at the top end so it could still vent. Once the panel was remounted the silicone is not visible. Still this modification I have seen no more moisture in the light.** Large plastic cavities that face the sky and collect rain and snow with no way to drain. Already have cracked plastics due to freezing. I also found the combination of the cavities and mounting bolts method prevent wet heavy snow from siding off the light.** ABS light enclosure not built as strong as other solar light on the market, more reflex. Also due to enclosure design it more difficult to hold while trying to install, especially when on a ladder. No good hold or rope tie off points.** The remote only works if you are almost directly under the light.

The lights give off great light. Motion and brightness are great for the area. The lights need to be mounted at least 12 feet high or higher. When it snows it takes a while for the build up of snow to melt off the solar panels. They do need direct sun to work from dusk to dawn, so double check your location.
