We were very excited about receiving this but we have since then spent more than an hour with different people trying to figure out how to put it together - it appears that a zip is missing. We can hardly source it where we are. We ended up having to stitch two parts together.As the only way to fix this is to return it, we are not going through the hassle.The product otherwise seems to be of good quality.

Good product. We use this to quarantine the cats after flea treatments but also for our indoor cat who is skiddish of being outside so we just let her use this from time to time.

The tunnels could be a bit larger. My cat is a large cat and has to scrunch down to go thru the tunnels. I have had to fix/sew a few spots that came unsewn by the zippers.

Purchased this for our inside cat Parker to be allowed to be outside and not have to watched all the time. He can enjoy being outside and being a cat and running. Only con is It is thin and tears easy. Put the hooks on the straps and make sure that it’s tied down for wind. We like the number openings to retreat Parker.
