This worked perfectly with my Medela pump. I fried my old one in the dishwasher. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER! It WILL melt! Easy to use and clean. Would buy again.

Es un poco más opaco que los que vienen por default #24, sin embargo no afecta en nada la recolección. Lo único es que que apenas quedan en la pieza conectora del extractor pump in style a diferencia de los #24 aunque no he tenido problema ni fuga, solo da la impresión de que no ajusta del todo.

Had the original 24mm until the dog ate the breastshield. Couldn't find a replacement and ended up ordering the 24mm in the new flexible rim option... Big mistake. Thing didn't work at all, no suction whatsoever. Returned it and got this 27mm hard plastic and what a world of difference. If you need a new breastshield get the hard plastic, not the new flexible.

Definitivamente la mejor inversión después de comprar el extractor de leche. Necesitas tener la copa apropiada y el tamaño adecuado para una correcta extracción. Vale la pena probar qué copa es la adecuada para cada quien, puede hacer la diferencia entre lograr una buena extracción de leche o no.me encanta que Amazon MX distribuya cada vez más productos de Medela a precios competitivos

Compré el extractor Medela Pump In Style y me encantó, solo que los embudos me quedaron grandes, así que en la página de Medela viene una guía para elegir la talla, y en cuanto los cambié noté la diferencia.

Mi extractor venía por default con los embudos de 24mm. Dudé en pedir estos pues no estaba segura de si realmente debería usar la medida más pequeña. Definitivamente era lo que necesitaba, la extracción mejoró mucho y no volví a tener ninguna molestia.

These breastshields saved me from giving up on feeding breastmilk! My son is 4 weeks old, since he was born, he has been unable to breastfeed, so I made the choice to be an EXCLUSIVE PUMPER and supplement as needed with formula. This has meant pumping every 2 hours, 24 hours a day to provide what my son needs. I am using the Medela "Pump in Style" Advanced double breastpump. Unfortunately, and quite PAINFULLY I might add, I discovered that the included 24mm size shields that come standard with the kit are NOT "one size fits all". After upgrading to the 27mm shield, I was still having pain pumping. With both sizes, my nipples would fit initially, but even pumping at the lowest setting, they would engorge, and blanche white, and rub on the sizes of the tubing. At 3 weeks postpartum, I developed a painful case of mastitis. I tried the "Pumping Pals" angled shields, and didn't like the results I was having (a review also posted on Amazon by me for this product) so I returned them. On the day I was set to stop pumping all together, I visited Medala's website, and read their recommendations for proper fit and measurement. I measured my nipples AFTER I pumped, and used this as a gauge for what size I needed, and was surprised to find out I needed a much larger size that I thought. After getting these shields, and using them for 24 hours, I've noticed a HUGE change in my comfort levels while pumping, as well as increased output as well. My nipples still engorge a bit while pumping, but they don't rub on the insides of the tubing, and I can pump at a lower setting with just as good of output. Upgrading to a larger size has made all the difference!!**on a side note, there have been some reviews claiming these to NOT be authentic Medela, but the pieces I received were in authentic Medela packaging, with the "trademark" symbol stamped on the shields themselves. You also get TWO shields PER package, so one for each side.

These were exactly what I needed. I found pumping to be quite uncomfortable before realizing the breastshields came in different sizes. I use them with the Medela Pump in Style. Now pumping is much more comfortable. Advice: the picture that comes with the product that shows how to select the perfect fit is a little incorrect according to the hospital's lactation consultant (at least my interpretation). From the picture, it looks like your nipple should touch the sides if the fit is correct. Mine do not, even with the smaller size; so I thought the 21 mm was still too small. However, according to the LC, you don't want them to touch the sides because they would rub during pumping and this would be very uncomfortable. From the LC's advice and personal experience, what determines the best fit is how much of the area around the nipple gets pulled into the breastshield "tube" during pumping. Ideally, very little should get pulled in. For me, the standard size that came with the pump, size 23 mm, allowed too much of the areola to be pulled in creating uncomfortable rubbing. Conversely, if your nipple is rubbing the sides too much, you may need a larger breastshield. Use your lactation consultation as a resource! They have such great information and can help you with sizing and making pumping more comfortable.
