Works great... Minor fitting might be needed... But that's common with these moulded plastic parts...It's ABS so files nice.

The factory holes in my pickup door were just a bit too large for my aftermarket speakers. Used these as a size adapter and got the job done.

The plastic is a little cheap feeling, but they are cheap so that's expected. These work fine with 6.5" speakers. I don't see how you could possibly use them for 5.25" though.
