We have ordered many different sets of HO scale Woodland Scenics people and vehicles. They are always so awesome and add realism to our train layout. This larger package of people is just as amazing! They are painted with precision and beautifully done. The different positions and poses can be used all over a layout or diorama. Worth every penny!

Figures have excellent detail. Very small, but they are HO scale and fit my HO train scenes very well. Lots of variety.

Liitle people I boutght for miniature photography series I did... however I wasnt expecting them to be quite so little, these guys are all less then an inch tall. Maye a couple a hair taller. SO keep that in mind when ordering.

I recently purchased this group of people for a macro photo project. I understood when I ordered them that they would not have very much detail and I expected that. However in the photo on the listing you can see a tiny little features on the faces. My people do not have anything on their faces at all (just shadows from the shapes of the facial features). Also, only one of the standing people actually stands up. Since this is my first time ordering HO people, I am not sure if that part is normal. I am willing to change my rating to a 4 if it is standard for the standing people not to stand. As you can see from my photos - they are completely faceless. (Update 9/12: based on feedback, I am changing this review to a 4)

I didn't realize it when I ordered it, but the figures are pre-painted, which was a nice surprise. And painted well. These figures have a lot of details. But overall, you just can't beat the price for getting so many figures in one bargain. They even came well packed and a nice plastic pack. Some are standing up, some are sitting down.
