I will have to disappoint a little girl at Christmas. After waiting a few weeks for the guitar it came damaged & I cant get a replacement

Le encantó a mi hija, no tiene tanta variedad de sonidos, pero es de buen material y es muy mona, solo eso, me gustaría más variedad de musiquita o sonidos

たぶん故障なんでしょうか？娘がものすごくギター🎸を欲しがってたので購入したのですがミニーマウスの曲が最後まで流れなかったりモードを切り替えても全く同じなど・・・娘は外見を気に入ってるのですがこのストアさんに不良品の場合の対策も考えていただきたいです
