I have no experience making ravioli. My experience with this was difficult. I didn’t flour it at 1st and struggled removing the ravioli, the. After fixing my error. I floured it and the ravioli was still too hard to remove. I think I had too much beef in it. I fixed it with a bench scraper.. and after my trail and error phase of this product. I was able to get the hang of it.Cleaning this thing is a pain, the flour gets stuck in the corners.All and all, this aluminum mold did what it was made for. And also I was aware that this thing was made of aluminum before buying.Hindsight I think I would be much more happier if I bought the stamped cutter.

I would give less than one star of I could. Cannot get the pasta out of the mould once filled and pressed. Also very small sections but that was on me for no double checking measurements. Would not recommend buying this and now have to find a new one

Es muy pequeño y para poder retíralos del molde está difícilTal vez la masa tiene que estar más dura y menos elástica para que se recorte bien

It is a nice addition to my pasta making tools. It still takes some work but with satisfying results.

Very satisfied with this product and delivery was on time. I definitely like that it's not plastic so it will last a long time.

El molde de cada raviol es muy pequeño y la verdad que no se puede usar el molde, muy mala experiencia lamentablemente

No son nada útiles, solamente ocupan espacio y parecen de acero inoxidable y terminaron siendo de aluminio, se les queda todo pegado, no lo recomiendo

Es una burla pagar un precio excesivo para lo que es. Realmente dice ser de acero inoxidable y realmente no lo es, es una aleación de plomo/aluminio llamada zamak, personalmente si lo hubiera visto fisicamente jamas lo hubiera comprado. Ademas deja mucho que desear el articulo en funcionamiento
