Tengo una lesión en la muñeca izquierda y hago ejercicios con kettlebells o pesas rusas. Estas muñequeras me dan soporte, confianza y me ayudan a amortiguar el golpe de las pesas rusas en movimientos complejos o "kettlebell flow". Son muy cómodas, fuertes y y se ajustan bien a mis muñecas. Las meto a lavar en una red a la lavadora una vez a la semana y no han perdido elasticidad, fuerza o adhesión en el velcro y ya tiene 6 meses que las uso. Los días que hago pesas tradicionales me dan soporte y minimizan el dolor de mis lesiones. Absolutamente recomendables.

After my Evolutionize wraps were stolen along with my entire gym bag, I was afraid I’d be stuck with the thin Harbinger wraps if I wanted ones that would last. These wraps have far exceeded my expectations in terms of durability and comfort. The loops are still stretchy and not worn out after 3-5 days of wear per week for the past year. The material is also great and has remained thick and sturdy and hasn’t started to fray. The Velcro has also not deteriorated which is another huge bonus. The colors in mine have started to degrade and show some fading but I don’t mind that since the actual function itself has held up so well for so much wear.

This is the second set I have gotten from ironbull, and they are amazing. My first set lasted years but it was time to retire them. I love this brand and wrist straps

This is my first brand of wrist that I buy this year and this is by far the best, I don't have a lot of items to compare but you will really love this pair, I have been using by 1 month, 2 times per week and I didn't have any problem, great quality!!!
