Got it for my daughter for her roller blades. She says it works great. She said she only fells the fall a little bit but it's not painful at all. It fit her great, too! Great padding for the price!

I'm so glad I got this - we took our son snowboarding for the first time and this pad definitely helped him to be less fearful and more confident. Fit well and comfortable. I was worried he wouldn't want to wear it but he kept it on all day!

Works as intended. My kid fell quite a bit the first time she tried skating and there was no fear to falling on her butt. She even had fun falling because it didn’t hurt.Cheapskate rating: worth the money

This ass pad is hilarious. My 3 year old can't help having a somewhat waddling gait when wearing the pad. She calls it her "superhero butt pad". The extra girth this adds, and the way it looks so out of place, is honestly hilarious. The first time she wore it I couldn't stop laughing.It works great, most falls on the butt/upper thighs/lower back won't even hurt at all. And the attachment around the tummy and both legs is very secure. It seems well made with relatively dense foam, a tough liner, and strong elastic pads.But seriously, buy it for the humor. It's so ridiculous looking, I love it. The safety aspect led to the purchase but the humor aspect is why I keep using it.

My daughters, age 4 and 6, decided to take up roller skating. So, in addition to helmets, knee pads, wrist guards, and elbow pads, I got one of these for each of them and they work great. They stay on very securely on the girls, even with many falls. My girls are both on the slender side and there's enough velcro it could be tightened even more and enough velcro it could be let out quite a bit also so I'd say it would fit a variety of body shapes and sizes. Sometimes, due to where the velcro is tightened on the legs, my daughters' legs stick together when they touch, but they just pull them apart and keep moving. There are some snags on the fabric now that my oldest has fallen on the rock driveway quite a bit but that's to be expected and it's still held up great and working. I also like that it comes down a little ways on their legs so the tailbone is definitely covered. I thought the price was very reasonable and it does its job.
