Good product, does the job once it reaches the temperature to fry. It really doesn't reach the temperature to fry in three minutes as advertised. It takes about 15 minutes to heat up enough to fry but it gets the job done

Purchased two of these for our food truck, and I gotta say, I could not be more pleased with them. They are regularly used for hours on end, frying a variety of items, and they just do it flawlessly. There is no annoying timer feature that shuts down the unit when it goes off, just set the desired temperature and let her rip.The unit is made in such a way that the perfect frying temp is almost the maximum that the heating elements can achieve, which makes scorching your oil practically impossible. The cords are plenty long, and heavy duty. The metal is thick and sturdy, and the unit is made to be very easy to clean.The spouts work great when draining hot oil, they are sturdy and do not leak. The tank is ample, it can fry 20 average-sized wings at one time. The baskets are easy to clean, and they are also sturdy and well-made.On a scale of one to ten, I'd give it a nine, since the temperature dial is printed in Celsius and not Fahrenheit.Aside from that, its a ten all day! I am ordering two more of these units soon, and I would highly recommend this fryer to anyone who is looking for a smaller version of a true restaurant-style fryer that doesn't break the bank.

Does excellent job frying however, heavy and takes lots of oil but worth it.

When it said countertop fryer I didn’t expect it to be as large as it is! It does work wonderfully though and is super fast at heating up!

I purchased two of these Fryers at the same time (one for some Fresh Catfish and Buffalo Fish which I coated with my own made up Corn Meal Coating and the other for Fresh Idaho Russet Potatoes cut in wedges). I have had them a month and I just used them on Sunday, October 1st, 2023. I went through "trial and error" with them since this is my first time using them. By that I mean, the Temperature Heat Light does not go out automatically when it gets to the desired temperature. FYI, you can only gauge if it is heated up enough by smelling the hot oil and seeing it frying without the food in each basket. Secondly, you have to make sure and have the 90-degree tilting head loaded in each designated slot or the "Heat Light" will not come on. Thirdly, I had to figure out how to keep the oil in each chamber and drain it after it cools. I discovered that if you turn the black handle to the right it drains; to the left it seals it so it will not escape while your food is cooking. I am "over the moon" with these Commercial Fryers. They cook very quickly; evenly and your food comes out a "beautiful light golden brown" which is what is desired and preferred. I more than highly recommend this Fryer for anyone to purchase and utilize. Also note, these are not small in size; therefore, they need quite a bit of room to house them. They definitely do the trick and you will not be disappointed. Good Cooking!
