Not a perfect fit, 3 of 4 mounting holes line up but the last on does not on my 2012 Camry SE. I had to keep all 3 loose and lift the bracket up 1/4" and fit the last screw in at an angle and tighten it down straight. Other than that the quality is good, i wish it would have came with screws since you can't use any that stick out past the bracket of they'll hit the rear deck sheet metal and stop it from being fully screwed down. A small slit on the bottom for the speaker wire to passthrough would have been a nice edition too but nothing you can't do yourself with a file.

Some hole positions did not match up to vehicle hole positions.Didn't know if it was car or assembly plate

These things did not fit my new JBL speakers. The holes were about a quarter inch off so I had to drill new ones. Plus it didn’t even come with screws to mount the speakers. Had to find some in a “junk drawer” that were short enough not to stick out and hit the metal of my car. Wouldn’t buy again.
