My daughter loved this journal since she loves all things Zelda but it doesn't like to stay open while she writes in it. So I don't think it's very practical but she was satisfied

This journal did not come with a pen as described in the purchase description. Further, the cover graphic printed crooked. It is at an angle and not centered or squared. Looks like a defect in the manufacturing process. Cheap quality. Do not recommend. 1 star.

I had another one that my cousin had gotten me for my birthday and I wanted to get another one but the string that wrapped around it barely reached around the body of the book, the body seemed more flimsy, and the logo was crooked.Funny enough the only thing that they got right was the pages fitting perfectly with the book. I had to cut off part of mine to allow the pages room on the one that I had. It's good but it's too much of a hassle to open and close it with the string being barely long enough to work. A little disappointed that there was the company logo on the back of it when it was advertised as not having it.
