Nice secure top( is not a screw top) does not leak, great weight, glitter look is beautiful, does not rub off. I have probably bought 25 -30 water bottles, this one is the best I have bought. My granddaughter loves it, fits in all backpacks and she loves the axolotl logo. Highly recommended!

My daughter is in love with axolotls and I seen this and got it for her it’s so purdy. Great packaging as well.

This is really cute, but I was worried that the glitter would flake off. Well, after rubbing it with my hands and a towel, and then running it through the dishwasher, it looks like the glitter is going to stay put. Yay! Because I love this thing!Also, I don't think it's recommended to put in a dishwasher, but if you do, your dishes probably won't end up covered with glitter.Whenever I get an insulated mug, I do the hot water & ice tests. I fill it with hot water (or ice water) and then get the temperature over the next few hours to make sure it stays hot (or cold). I don't drink out of it or anything; I just want to know the best case scenario. For hot, the water was 180 degrees at 2:30 pm. By 5:15, it was down to 148, which is still pretty warm. (Actually, it was still 84 degrees at 8:15 the next morning, and the air in the house was in the 60s, so not bad for an insulated mug without an insulated lid.)For cold, I filled it with ice water at 8:15 am, and it still had a few ice chunks floating around at 7 the next morning.Yes, I now how long it stays hot or cold also depends on how fast you drink because that lets in room temperature air. I know that heat rises, which is why this doesn't stay hot as long as it stays cold. But still, this is very impressive.The straw is unnecessary, but nice. I prefer them when drinking cold stuff. The box is pretty, if you want to give this as a gift. The blue/pink kind of reminds me of Aurora's dress at the end of Sleeping Beauty. Because it's got a glitter texture, this isn't super smooth. It's nice, but if textures bother you, maybe get something else.I really like this a lot.
