This product lacks quality. It was also likely used before. The packaging looked perfect, but the item was bent. The instructions are useless, both in the paper format in the box and the video on YouTube a QR Code was available for.We were considering replacing all light fixtures in the house with this product but thankfully we only bought one first to see how it would do. This is garbage. Very disappointing! The speaker sound is poor and has more static than sound.just a worthless product overall. Do not waste your time, energy, or money with this item.

Very good quality for price paid. Light is multi function and option with dimming and brightness control from report. Fan is noiseless.

This ceiling fan/light/ blue tooth speaker is absolutely stunning! The crystals shine beautifully on the wall. The fan blows very well at any speed. I was so surprised at how loud the Bluetooth speaker was!! I am just so happy with this purchase! The remote control is an absolute plus!
