I purchased four fans and three of them didn’t work right out of the box. Clearly, there was a quality control issue. I returned them, expecting a hassle-free process since they were defective. However, I was shocked to find out they charged me a damage fee for items that arrived already non-functional!This is completely unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for receiving faulty products. Their return policy feels like a way to shift blame onto buyers instead of taking responsibility for poor quality. I won’t be shopping here again and would strongly caution others before making a purchase.Buy from a company that stands behind its products—not one that charges you for their mistakes!

This fan was so easy to instal (except for the remote box that was a little tricky to insert but nothing that bad). I put everything together by myself in less than 30min, then got help to mount it outside by our pool. It’s been up for months now and I am absolutely thrilled about the look, and how well they have been working. Using the remote makes it so convenient, you can pick up to 6 speeds, 2 different light brightness (warm yellow or cold white). They are definitely well made for the price! I recommend this product for sure

Not for outdoors. If they are installed to close together they won’t sync correctly and the they do different actions when the remote is used.
