Buy tension rods to fit your window width. I bought the Kenny Roger’s twist to fit 5/8 diameter.Cut your blinds to fit the entire width of your window, you don’t need to make room for end caps. Release some string tension from the assembly, use small cutters and snip the first row ends to fit your tension rods end caps as they won’t fit through.Take the end cap off the small end of tension rod to slide it in, then replace cap. Adjust tension rod to fit your window tightly! Have the Velcro with the adhesive on the blind, do not put the adhesive on the window first.Position in window below where sticking, remove film and wiggle it upward, press adhesive on front and back, pull to full length and trim string, re-tie jewel on end. DONE PERFECT!!!

I ordered 29"x64" and the box even says that. However, upon installing them, which was easy to do, I went to pull them all the way down and they only reached 48"!! So disappointed as I really do like the shade! I already have it cut and the sticky Velcro installed so not sure what to do?! Take a chance and order a new one? But hold it up before you install to make sure YOU didn't get a mismarked box!!
