The faucet has clean lines,size is smaller, sleek,good water flow. Hot and cold handles open and close easily.

My contractor installed this Phiestina faucet in November 2020. About 2 months later we noticed (from the photo) a terrible stain on the new countertop around one of the handles. I called the contractor back and he looked at the problem, took the faucet and handles off, took them apart and cleaned the insides then reinstalled the parts.Six days later the residue was back and the contractor said call a plumber. Did that and they couldn’t repair the brown leak occurring around the handle. Then I began my contacts with Phiestina. I have been promised 5 times now that my concerns would be “escalated to the highest priority “ and I would be contacted within 48 hours. After 5 calls and 5 escalations I’ve had not one call back, not one email about honoring Phiestina’s “lifetime” warranty. After threatening to expose this terrible service to my attorney, local tv stations and the BBB I’ve still had no satisfaction from this company. I’ve now bought a new Moen product for my remodeled bathroom. The other issue that’s come up is that now my new countertop is stained with a brown residue which is proving difficult to remove. If I ever do hear back from this fly-by-night company I’ll request not only a complete refund but damages for the stain on the countertop. Please Amazon remove this lousy product line from your site. If Amazon could possibly help with this dilemma please contact me.

I recently remodeled my bathroom which included replacing my old bathroom sink and cabinet with a sleek but somewhat retro pedestal sink. This required new widespread faucets.Due to the remodel, I no longer had a working bathroom sink. Therefore, since I needed the new faucets right away, i searched my local hardware stores, including the large chain stores. I was surprised and disappointed that, not only did they have a very limited selection of widespread bathroom faucets, but they all cost close to or over $100!I decided I could go without a working sink for a few days, and I felt certain Amazon would have a better selection as well as a better price; plus, there was the added advantage of checking the reviews of verified customers who had purchased the item.Since I am a Prime subscriber, I clicked on my Amazon app and searched for widespread bathroom faucets with reviews of at least 4 stars. I quickly found several faucets to choose from with a much lower price point than I had found at my local home improvement stores. I settled on this faucet assembly, and I couldn’t be happier. The faucets have a beautiful brushed nickel finish, and everything is included for installation, except the two inexpensive short hoses that are needed to connect to the water supply. I had a friend helping me with the remodel, and ha installed the faucets. However, I’m certain I could have done it myself, because there were only a few parts to assemble, and the illustrated instructions were straight-forward and very easy to understand and follow. I’m posting a picture of my new sink with the faucets installed and working. I highly recommend this widespread bathroom faucet assembly for its workmanship, the copper used in its manufacturing, its beauty and what I think is very important—it’s ease of installation.One other feature of this faucet assembly is the “stopper” for the sink. It closes by pushing down on it, and it opens by pushing down on it again. I believe this is a big improvement over the old type stopper, which required that you use a lever to open and close it. Maybe I am the exception, but I never had one of the old type that didn’t malfunction. In fact, most of the time, I found myself discarding it altogether. I’m really happy to have, what I consider to be, a much improved stopper. This may seem like a small and insignificant improvement to some, but for those of us who have dealt with the problems of the old type stopper, it’s a welcome feature.I’m very happy with everything about my new faucets, and together with the two-day delivery — thanks to my Prime subscription — I am another extremely satisfied Amazon customer.
