This review is for: Merino Protect 100% Merino Wool Base Layer Kids Set Top and Bottom Heavyweight Thermal Underwear For Skiing Hiking (Light Grey Heather, Large)Merino Protect 100% Merino Wool Base Layer Kids Set Top and Bottom Heavyweight Thermal Underwear For Skiing Hiking (Light Grey Heather, Large)This is incredibly soft and lightweight and keeps my kiddo warm. It runs a little small and the color is a lovely grey. Great quality Merino, so far no piling or popped seams. I wash on gentle cycle, cold to prevent shrinkage.

Have yet to use these. A lot of people say these aren't stretchy enough and feel a little too tight. I encountered the same issue (I'm 6'2 and weigh 200 lbs). The solution I came up with was to take a seam ripper and remove the top piece of inner black elastic. Took some time, but made them way more comfortable. They seem sturdy and trustworthy. Looking forward to using them on my next hike on the Allegheny trail in WV where timber rattle snakes are very prevalent.

It actually a pair, not just 2 identical items. You will need to choose wich one is left or right. I really like the wire bottom. A inch wide vinyl strap just sounds SLIPPERY, I think the wire is safer. They are built almost identically to another pair (2 identical) that finally failed after 3 winters. I USED them and was unkind.I think these will be worth the $

I'm petite so these work, they're extremely effective, especially if you're concerned about ticks.I am a petite woman and they are tight over pants, so my only caution would be if you have thick legs or large calves, they might be too small

Overall, I'm pleased with the product, but the under-boot strap buckles leave room for improvement. The small holes make them challenging to use, especially when wearing gloves. I even had to create an additional hole to achieve a snug fit. Implementing a flat Velcro system on the inner side could provide a more user-friendly approach to adjustments.

I bought these to wear while weed-whacking in the backyard so I could wear shorts in the summer heat but still keep the stickers out of my socks. Yes I know, genius. They work great for that. As others have noted, they’re not the easiest to put on. I bought these because they have a zipper, which I thought would be easier than just a Velcro closure. But they’re pretty skinny, and are snug around my average sized calves, even wearing shorts, which makes zipping more challenging. (See photo) Despite their narrowness, they’re tall. I have the stirrup wire as short as it will go, and they still hit my knees (I’m 5’11”). The buckle/strap for this wire is the most cheap feeling part of these gaiters. When they fail I imagine it will be the faux leather breaking. Also, there is no right/left, both are identical. With the buckle inside, at your instep, they’re much easier to fasten than with the buckle to the outside. But you’ll always get one of each. Of note, these are NOT BREATHABLE. At all. My legs look like I shoved the end of a garden hose in there when I peel these off. Soaking.
