Fast shipping, had them in 2 days. Both snaped right onto the tool and the charger. One is being charged now and will use it later today. The other one will be a back as I have an old battery that is about to give up. Will know more after I have used it hard for a while polishing brass.

Do not hold a charge. Brand new.Customer service email is not a valid email address and I cannot get anyone on the phone to return these POS batteries. Time to upgrade the Dremel even though it’s fine. Sad they don’t continue to make dremel brand batteries to support their older products.

These batteries fit like the original's and lock in smartly. They came with a nearly full charge, so I don't don't believe they've been sitting around as old stock. Obviously, I can't comment on longevity at this point, but these aren't the first time I've purchased available batteries not from the original manufacturer, and they've all been satisfactory. (That's what I get for taking taking care of my tools... they last too long!)

Update: I decided to give the batteries 5 stars instead of 2. The company reached out to me and sent me a new battery pack. I probably initially got a bad batch. The new battery works great and fits perfectly. I used the Dremel for about 2 hours grinding down some plastic off the bottom of Christmas lights. The battery kept its charge and the Dremel still worked after I dropped off the roof a couple of times. I still used it a few times here and there grinding down things I shouldn't just to test out the battery, all on the 1st initial charge.Fits poorly in the charger and in the tool. One battery doesn't make connection at all. It won't charge and didn't power up the tool.
