Omgosh this heat up in like 7 mins and cooks ur food in 2 to 3 mins fast I love this is best I ever used just wish it had a glass lid because when frying oil goes everywhere that's the only negative about this ALSO HAS NO TEMP GAGE I BOUGHT ONE AND THIS HEATS UP OVER 400 DEGREES WORKS GREAT

This is the perfect little deep fryer. It heats up quickly so be careful and there's not a lot of stuff with it just a cupped spatula with holes to release some of oil while taking your food out of the pot a divider to turn your fryer into two fryers at one time and lid to allow to keep your cooled oil just make sure the fryer has cooled down completely because it will melt the lid if you put it on before the fryer is cooled. It doesn't take up a lot of space so you can use in a small kitchen. It's differently not a fryer for a big party only has the capacity to cook enough for maybe three people a time. Only thing I don't like is there’s no temperature indicator so you have to keep watch on what you're cooking. But other than that I recommend this deep fryer.

This is as basic and as simple as it gets, and that's what makes it excellent. Plug it in, boom, you're frying. Oil cools down, strain it, back in the fryer, cap it, done.Everything has come out perfect. Instead of needing a thermostat, just use a thermometer. If you want to do a double fry with the first fry at a lower temp, just drop it in when it hits that temp. It ain't rocket surgery. I love this thing.

We got this deep fryer to make homemade chicken wings, and we love it so far! Still on our first batch of oil; we’re using peanut at the moment, but I purchased this style of deep fryer because I plan on making tallow to use in the future. Tallow solidifies at room temperature, so I needed a deep fryer that didn’t have a submersible heating element. I believe others have said that the oil temp can get too hot, but personally I don’t think I’ve seen it go over 375 degrees. That’s the exact temperature I wanted to cook wings in anyways, so it works well for us! Maybe if you let it preheat too long the temperature will go up higher? Not sure on that though.

Easy to use easy to clean, But you got to keep an eye on the temperature of the oil, It can run a little hot, But otherwise its a great little fryer, Perfect size for handling, I would recommend this product.
