My kids like to make a mess with their water bottles. These are the only lid attachments for Pura (or any other cups we have) that keep my kids from spitting water around the house. They haven't been able to shake water around or otherwise make a mess with these.

Mis hijas muerden mucho las cosas y me han destrozado todos los chupones para botellas que he comprado, estos han aguantado muy bien hasta la fecha.

I love the fact that these are silicone and not plastic! They have no smell or taste and my son can’t bite through them! Or at least he hasn’t been able to yet and he definitely has a strong bite.I was told about these cups while talking to other mommas with down syndrome kiddos.They have the best advice!Great in the dishwasher but super easy to hand wash too!These cups and accessories get pricey but Worth every penny Since they last and are the healthiest option for my kiddo!

I love the bottle these things go on, so I ordered extra spouts. The first pack was defective. The liquid wouldn't come out. I exchanged them and had the same problem with the second set. Then I realized that the reason the liquid won't come out is that the slits where it's supposed to come out are fused shut. I used a clean Exacto blade to poke them open, and now they work as they should. I also used the blade to make sure the tiny nipples on the inside bottom of the spout are split in half, like they should be. You may not realize they are split unless you poke them with your finger. This is where the air comes in to the bottle to offset the volume of liquid that got sucked out.

We absolutely love these. We have been Pura patrons for a while now. The sippy spouts work great when transitioning away from the traditional nipple, and when planning to go to a straw top. We love the Pura products because of their quality, no plastic composition, and ability to grow with baby/tot. My only suggestion is that, especially through the teething stages, to push the spout through the back of the screw top of the bottle; don't pull it through. We have avid chewers and I didn't think about how I was pulling it through the screw top and it eventually caused tearing.
