I don't typically leave reviews. I know I'm selfish because I always scour them before a purchase.I felt compelled however to leave one for this item. It's freaking brilliant. Sometimes your tired, you've cleaned up the place but to get the mop, catch the water and all that you sigh and tell yourself tomorrow.Not anymore!This item is brilliant. Not a gimmicky jet of steam, it's the real deal. Light, quick , powerful ....oh man , I wish I'd purchased yonks ago.I can't get over how clean the floor is when I'm finished and practically dry.I purchased the extra pack of covers ( manufacturer brand ) so when I'm finished i throw it in the laundry. As a result the place is always clean and sanitized. No pushing the dirt around even though you can't see it. Your floor is truly clean.Not to mention it's so easy to use and does such a good job you use it more frequently.Well, I hope this helps. Not the usual whining about insignificant stuff u read in some reviews because some people are just fault finders lolI need this sort of review each time I make I purchase and I'd be sold.Hence....

I researched the best steamers on the market and this one came in first more often than not. I also bought the 10 extra pads.First of . . I READ THE MANUAL. To those who say the plastic surround scratched your floors, that is because the plastic surround is for use on carpets only. First off l cleaned my hardwood kitchen floors . . Excellent job, even my husband noticed. It was done in half the time and was better than a swifter and has left no streaks.Next day l cleaned my windows (inside and out). Took half the time to get them sparkling and streak free. I also used it on the window ledges and baseboards . . Easy peasy ( I'm embarrassed by how much dirt came up.)the cord is long enough for indoor use. For cleaning the outside windows I had to use an extension cord . . .no biggie.There are a lot of different attachments. Most of which l probably won't use.When using the wand, you have to make sure the copper ball inside is emersed in the water. That is how it heats up. You will figure it out after a while.I highly recommend this product.

El vapor que avienta es tibio, más bien como simple rocío, no es muy práctica.

No cumplió con las expectativas, limpia de manera parcial y superficial, es pesado y el cable no lo hace fácil de usar. La atención del vendedor no es buena.
