These are the best I've ever ordered. Not a Spaanx fit but smooths you out just enough. I am 5'7 and 150 and ordered a L, they are perfect for a light smoothing. I'm going to order a M or when I want a tight smoothing. Good quality. Easy to wear.

Not realy a workout shorts, but thin and comfortable as pyjama bottoms. I wear them to sleep with a loose top.Buy a size up for comfort, the waist bands are well made and stay up, the leg ends also are not tight but dont ride up. Just be ware there is no cotton gusset like a panty would have but I didnt sweat in them so I find them breathable. Ordered a couple packs of 3 so I can wear a clean one every day for a week.

Comfy, stay in place, not too thick. I use them underneath skirts/dresses. So it doesn’t matter to me if they are “see-thru”. I just needed something to prevent chaffing and to smooth things out a bit. These do all of that. Also, can’t beat the price! I would say they are true to size. I upped one size, but wouldn’t have needed to.
