Works as well as my Hamskea or Trophy Taker once setup. If using as cable driven setup is easy and straightforward. If using as limb driven, not so easy and straightforward. The instructions are not very clear on how to swap parts and the spring housing is a pain to get off without prying which caused mine to have scratches and nicks. Once everything is setup the rest works perfectly. Microsoft adjustment works well and makes tuning a breeze. The cable that came with mine was too short to attach to the limb and it is thinner than other cables I had on hand. My rest cables would not fit through the adjustment plate that is used for the limb attachment, so I just extended the cable rather than replacing it. My favorite feature is the adjustment plate that allows you to adjust cable tension on the rest by simply sliding the plate up or down. If your strings or cables stretch and you need to readjust nock height simply slide the adjustment plate up and the rest pops up, adjust as needed and slide the plate back down until desired tension is achieved. Building quality is good and functionality is reliable. If you have the money I would still buy American instead, but this rest is a quality option.

I've wanted to get back into archery for some time, it's been 25yrs, so my wife surprised me with a Sanlida bow last Christmas. I shoot once a week and couldn't figure why my groupings wouldn't tighten up. One went left, another goes high then I'd hit dead center. Then another archer at the range told me I should get rid of the Wisker Biscuit and give a flip down rest, he said it really helped him. After talking to others I had decided to give it a try. I looked at a ton of rests and decided on the Sanlida rest thinking it should match my bow better. I could have got a different one cheaper but then I could have paid more.I recieved the rest 2 days after ordering it, opened the box and my first 2 thoughts were it looks great sitting there and where are the instructions?! I'm not an experienced archer and have never used a flip down rest before. I watched some YouTube videos and gave it a go, wasn't hard at all.Since then I've been to the range 3 times and feel comfortable my shots are consistently going to hit where I aim them.

Its a decent rest for 60$.It comes set cable driven from factory If you want set for limb driven is a tricky job and the zero instructions and manual make the process no easy at allThe fork is plastic and the rest make a noticiable "click" when it drop so for hunting is not the best choice.

Put this on my Sanlinda X8 and it works pretty well. I trimmed the ring so my arrows would fit in easier but other than that I couldn't be happier for the price.

I have been watching several hours of videos on budget compound bows and most of them complain about the provided cheap arrow rests. So I decided to purchase this item right away to eliminate the future fuss and installed it onto my Sanlida Dragon X9. The price is right and this is the only fall away rest i ever bought so i have nothing to compare it too. For my limited and personal use this rest is perfect. I love the adjustability, so easy once installed. I chose to set up mine as limb driven fall away rest and that process was not very easy, but definitely doable.
