Este medidor monitorea el nivel de profundidad del líquido del tanque, y se muestra en un gráfico de barra LCD de 10 elementos. Instala la batería en el compartimiento de la batería del transmisor, no inserta el compartimento de la batería e inserta la batería sincrónicamente después de configurar el receptor. The storm water management system in our community includes a pump station that draws water from a pond for irrigation of parts of the community. We wanted a way to measure and track the depth of the pond. We installed the Ultrasonic Level Sensor in the floor of the pump station above the well from which water is drawn (located in a shed). The device measures the distance from the sensor to the top of the water column. The user measures and manually enters the distances between the sensor and the bottom of the vessel and between the sensor and the top of the vessel (or the maximum water level). The device then calculates the depth of water above the bottom of the vessel and displays the depth numerically. The device also calculates the relative fullness of the vessel and displays that graphically. Referring to engineering drawings we entered the difference in elevations between the sensor and the bottom of the pond and between the sensor and the “100 year storm” spillway of the pond. This arrangement enables us to monitor the level of the pond and correlate actual performance with the engineered design of the storm water management system. Installation was easy. The sensor and the display are powered by batteries. Not sure yet how often they will need to be replaced. Wi-Fi connection between sensor and display seems good so far. Instructions are adequate but could be better. Overall, this device is an inexpensive and good solution for the goals we wanted to achieve. Note that the display is not suitable for outdoor use and remote monitoring is not possible beyond the limit of the Wi-Fi connection between the sensor and the display (not sure what that distance is, but it can’t be very far). And the device does not store data other than the lowest and highest water levels detected since the last re-set. However, it does what it says it does and is working very well for us so far.

I wanted to monitor the level in a domestic 3,000 gallon water storage tank located 300' uphill from my house. Sensor/transmitter unit must be mounted level in center of tank top. My tank has max depth of 7'09" and there must be an air gap of 0.5m (1.64') between sensor and top of water. This means that tank can only be filled to 80% capacity. After installation and much trial and error in setting up receiver (instructions are challenging), the unit worked fine for two days then showed zero level in tank. Tech support is non-existant. If you can meet the installation parameters, this might work for you. Inability to measure full range of my tank and failure after two days made this a poor choice for me and I returned it for refund.

Algunas veces se desprograma pero en el instructivo dice cómo volverlo a programar, me parece muy útil para saber el nivel del agua que tiene el tinaco y no tener que subirme a la azotea para ver dicho nivel

Funcionó bien unos días pero luego se descompuso. La sincronización es difícil y las instrucciones no son claras. No lo recomiendo

The first unit I installed failed after 3 days. I complained to the seller and they sent me another one at no charge. The second one works great and I am happy with the performance. It accurately displays the water level in my storage tank. The initial programming is a little complicated but even an old dumb guy like me can do it. I recommend this product.

I purchased the device for my domestic water supply tank; it functioned well and had great range. I placed it 154 feet away from the tank and behind three walls; the signal negotiated the walls and distance well. Worked like a charm for five days. Then on the 5th day the display seemed to partially fail, the temperature display worked, but the tank level monitor started showing the tank as empty regardless of the actual depth. After taking the display to the tank to verify it was not a signal issue, tried to contact manufacturer, but they have no contact information on the product literature. Amazon was also unable to get manufacturer contact information.Returning the device for a replacement, hopping it was just a bad single unit as installation required me to drill a large hole in my tank cover.

Con este producto ahora tengo un monitoreo muy bueno del nivel de agua de mi tinaco, funciona muy bien, solo desearía que el producto especificara mejor información de esta como, las normas con las que cumple. En general esta funcionando muy bien. adquirí dos de este.
