I recently purchased the Shark Steam Mop, and it has been an excellent tool for cleaning my floors. Bought this just over 2 years ago when I moved into an apartment where the previous tenants wore their shoes inside and it was a god send! Worked great to lift up any grime, grease, dirt, etc. and was easy to use. Would say the power cord could be a little longer but that’s no big deal since the apartment isn’t too big. I’m devastated, the steam doesn’t work anymore and I’ve checked it for clogs/scaling. I would have paid the extra cash for a new one that lasts longer. You were great while you lasted!

I bought "a used one, like new" for a few dollars less, than the listed price. I even bought extra pads . I didn't use it right away, because I was out of town. A few weeks later, I tried to use it and the steamer never worked. I looked at YouTube videos and tried to decaled it; nothing worked. The steamer looks brand new, but i paid someone for nothing. I couldn't return it, because a month passed by the time I realized, the steamer was going to the trash. Jay, FL

I have a small apartment and this steam mop makes cleaning and easy task. It's durable and more pads can be easily purchased for cheap. I don't put chemicals in the water but I do put some on the bare floor and mop it with this, works great for me. Easy to use too since it doesn't have buttons, just auto turns on when plugged in.
