We bought this Sifely Wifi Gateway and the Sifely Keyless Entry Smart Door Lock. We've used it Jan-March, now, and it has performed well in very cold weather, has made managing our rental property from afar much easier, and gives our guests a greater sense of security knowing that they are the only people with access during their visit. The notifications are helpful, too. And we experienced excellent customer service when we got an unexpected notification. They were interested in our issue, prompt to reply, and effective in helping us solve the problem. Both items were easy to install.

I am currently using this to unlock remotely for repairs and updates to be done for my townhouse without me being present!

I live in a condo where dozens of other owners have replaced their their traditional locks with electronic ones. I installed my Sifely lock with fobs and wifi over two years ago and have had opportunities to compare the Sifely with other brands. Nothing compares. Installation and operation has been a breeze. I've used the features on multiple occasions and they have greatly simplified my life. That alone justifies the purchase. But I don't simply judge companies and their products and/or services alone.I started having a problem with the latch operation and contacted Sifely via email since they hadn't opened their chat services early this morning. Later I contacted their chat support. I couldn't have asked for a better response if I had been talking with my brother. I explained the issue, provided a mailing address, and the purchase order number. The replacement latch is on its way with absolutely no charge. There's no way to beat that.Your property will be in good hands with Sifely.BTW, this is a completely self-motivated review. I just like sharing my consumer experiences with the rest of you in cyberspace who shop online. Simple to plug and use with a home wifi router and then lock/unlock front door away from home.If your router uses typical security like WPA or WPA2 protocol and 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz, the Sifely gateway connects easily with your home wifi network. However, if you use a more advanced wifi router that combines 2.4GHz and 5GHz (smart combination signal) and if you use the latest updated security WPA3 and Dos 3.1, the gateway device will periodically go offline; thus, it will not work consisantly. I have notified the company about this problem and asked for a firmware update to download. They are aware of the problem and working on a solution. One workaround I was able to do is make my wifi router use a 2.5 GHz MAC address filter protocol for this product while keeping the latest security features active (WPA3, DOS 3.1 combo 2.4/5 GHz smart signal). Now, the Gateway never gets confused or goes offline.
