I bought this product because my toddler knocks my Stanley cup over all the time and it creates a huge puddle of water that is wasted, and for the price I can’t complain. It was pretty simple to set up when you flip the cup upside down at the beginning it’ll drip a little bit of water, but after that, no water comes out, so it’s great that now I won’t have a mess of water everywhere

I got this for both the straw cover, and the spill guard. Unfortunately this comes in a box with absolutely no instructions. I had to go back through the reviews and luckily some nice person posted a video. It wasn’t hard once you knew what was what, but I couldn’t do it with my long fingernails , so hubby got the job. It does make a difference in the straw suction which was weird, but there was absolutely no leaking. I took the round part off the underside and then the straw worked perfectly with very little leakage. (I’m talking turning a full tumbler completely upside down). Would recommend it

The stopper that goes underneath the lid makes it hard to pull water through straw. I removed it and still no leaks.

I got these for my 9year old daughters Stanley. Other than being a little hard to get attached the first time to the lid they work great. She is no longer spilling her water while carrying it and it is not hard to clean. Will be getting some more for out other Stanley's.
