Disappointed with this. Wanted to use for dicing but it came FOLDED UP not ROLLED. There are creases that make it useless.

SEE UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF REVIEW.There are several things to like about this mat: the size, thickness, quality of material, the storage bag, bonus dice, and the value. However, and as others have said, the mat is shipped folded up and that puts creases in the mat which means it doesn’t lay perfectly flat on the table which is inconvenient (bumpy) for card and Mah Jongg play. I laid it out flat and set heavy books on the creases to flatten them and that worked pretty well. Now I only have small creases which don’t really impact play. I am confident the creases will disappear over time and use, and I’m keeping the mat because otherwise it’s great. I can store it rolled up on the bag that came with it. One of my card partners like it and wanted to know where I got it and wasn’t deterred by the creases.UPDATE: The manufacturer responded to my review and said they are improving their packaging to eliminate the creases and will begin shipping in new packaging shortly. They generously offered a partial refund (without my asking for that) and their sincere apologies for my inconvenience. Fast response and great customer service! I am upgrading my review from 3 to 5 stars!

Why doesn't this arrive rolled?? This is not flat and not ideal for any game to play on!

Its heavy with good material quality. Paking may be not best for looks since produce some wrinkels but they will come out with the time and use. Feels great in the table and has a good size. Still if needed for looks out of the box may not be for you.
