I love the off the shoulder ruffle. Very girlie and I bought it a size bigger and the straps are loose but I think it’s because of buying it bigger.

My little (3) is very tiny and no longer wears diapers, so this was perfect to cover up all that needs covering. This suit is super cute too! She loved it.

It is very cute on my daughter but the top fits a little big on her not to much but have to keep pulling the straps upon her. And yes I mad the straps as tight as they can go but still too loose.
