I purchased a bunch of these as gifts for friends for an upcoming vacation I loved the color and was excited to see how they all came out. On each cup was our names with the flower of our birth month. We each got different colors. When they were delivered all of th looked great ,except for mine! I got the rose gold color. Unfortunately you could hardly see my name and birth flower. I also felt like the color wasn't what I expected. It was more a gold color than a rose gold. Unfortunately I had to order a new one in a different color since we were all supposed to have the same theme cups. Please keep in mind you can not return or get a refund for this item. So now I'm stuck with two cups and one I know I will never use.

Fue regalo para mi niña, muy practico porque trae su nombre y puede llevarlo a la escuela y ponerlo al costado de su mochila porque es delgado, la verdad tenia dudas que no viniera personalizado, tardo un poquito en llegar pero llego tal cual lo pedimos, excelente producto!

Bought these cups for my bridal party and they came out amazing! I had an issue with one of the cups and the customer service was fantastic. They were very diligent with responding and made sure the end product was exactly what I wanted before sending it out. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

The cups all came out beautifully as expected! I highly recommend these if you are in need of beautiful, nice quality tumblers for a great price! They even wrote out Bridesmaid on the opposite- a request that didn’t cost anything and came out great too!
