Get this fan! ! I’ve ordered this fan four times, three of the 52 inch sized with the light and one for the smaller 42 inch with the light. They look amazing definitely a quality item. Beautiful natural wood color.They are silent and they do a great job. The airflow is perfect. The price point actually insanely good. We had previously purchased fans from Home Depot and they were so loud. And way more expensive don’t waste your time just order these.

It's perfect for our needs. Have a open family room to kitchen keeps area from becoming warm while canning as I do allot of. My husband installed it alone with little difficulty. Love it!

I have 2 of these. They look great, they go together easily, but one of them has an issue that is likely an easy single part replacement fix. . .if there were a way to contact the seller. Do I really have to go through the entire Amazon exchange program where they ship a whole new unit and I ship one back, just because I may need a single part?One of the two fans spins substantially too slow, even when on high. If I swap the black controller box, the problem moves to the other fan. Whichever fan has the one particular controller doesn't run faster than what I would estimate isspeed #2 of 6. The fan with the other box spins 3 times that speed (i.e. normal speed). I likely only need the small black controller and I'll be good to go with good looking and functioning fans.BUT, how do I get a hold of the seller and get a new part? Until then, 1 star for broken items with no simple resolution.

Quite nice for the price. The package/box was damaged when I received it. As a result, there is a small nick on one of the blades. But, not worth the effort to have it replaced.The install was fairly straight forward. The installation instructions were clear. If you've installed a ceiling fan, this isn't much different. I do wish the seams between the base of each blade lined up better... but not something you'll notice unless you're looking for it. The default down rod is the 5". After the initial installation, I decided to opt for the middle one (10"). It took like 5 minute to make that swap. Just to show how easy it is once you connect the controller to your wiring.The fan has six speeds. But it seems the variation is fairly close. 1-3 the fan is pretty much silent. 4, you start hearing the fan blades. I do think 1 can be a little slower. Compared to other fans w/ 3-4 settings, the 1 setting on this one is more like 2 on others.The controller does seem kinda cheap/light - so I hope it lasts as that is the only way you can operate the fan. The instructions for the controller seems a little light on description as well. What is "simulate human burglar lamp"? The fan is already fairly silent - but then there is a button for "silent mode" - what is that? I'm sure one can figure that out via trial and error... but it would be nice if they provided some descriptions.Overall - I'm very satisfied and plan on getting more for other rooms in the house.
