For the money I was impressed with the quality of this fan. Assembly was a little challenging and I have put up many a fan. Follow the picture for placement of the cone shaped section which just slides down on the top of the motor. The controller goes between the ceiling mounting bracket and the ceiling electric box. The wires gave me some consternation so plan for this. The controller barely fits the trim housing but it does fit. The only thing to criticize is the light. It seems flimsy for such a nice high quality fan and there is no dimmer. After installing hundreds of fans over the years this was the only one I did not need to balance. Absolutely no wobble!!! noise!!! And it moves air like crazy. I can recommend this product.

Love the fans. Only problem is customer service. The email for customer service does not work and you cannot get in touch with anyone. I ordered 3 and one of the plastic globes for the light was broken and no way to get a new one. Other than that, the fan and lights work great!

If what you want is a pretty fan that is quiet and moves a little air, then this fan is for you. Here is why I gave them a 1 star. First even at highest setting you barely feel any air movement and the blade are only 8 feet from the ground. Forget it if you have a high ceiling. Additionally the fans do not remember last setting. If you turn them off at setting 6, when you turn them on, they are at a standstill. Same with the light. That is a big issue since I use smart switches and now the smart switch is only good for turning them off. You have to select the settings all over again on the remotes. That brings me to the remotes. If you have multiple fans and want to control them individually, there is no easy way to do it. You have to disconnect the power of the other fans and then pair the remote to the one fan that has power. Then disconnect that fan's power and go to the next one.
