Me llegó en muy buenas condiciones, tiene todo bien detallado, sirve muy bien para estudiar anatomía de cabeza, ya que viene con instructivos de sus partes.

This skull was perfect for the job! I needed it for my AP 1 class and I'm glad I bought it. For Lab Practical is so helpful because we need to be able to just look at the skull and tell the anatomical names for each structure and the skull has soooo many! Practicing at home definitely helped me keep my high grades! My kids named the skull Jonny! Lol

I ordered this for my anatomy class, and so far I LOVE it! It comes numbered and there's a laminated card that tells what each numbered piece is. The top of the skull does come off, which is a requirement for my course. It feels very sturdy, it is a strong plastic that I would imagine would hold up very well for a very long time.

I think it most relevant to discuss the cons with this skull; many of the small foremina and canals won't communicate all the way through and appear as little more than small depressions.Pros, however, it's quite cheap; enough to justify taking a drill with a steady hand to fix the afore mentioned problems. Others have commented on the numbers rubbing off; I haven't seen this in my skull, though it is still fairly new. Another benefit of it being so relatively cheap is that it's easy to justify painting on origins and insertions for the cranial muscles. All in all, when compared to skulls for study in this price range, this is one of the better quality skulls that will be a great supplement when paired with self quizzes and book study.

I have used similar skulls in my anatomy class lab before that were far more money but within a semester the numbers got smudged to the point where they are no longer legible. Considering the low cost of these I gave it a shot and ordered some more. They are fabulous- durable and comprehensive for basic anatomy of the face and cranial bones. A word of advice. As soon as you get it/them, use a little clear nail polish and dab (do not brush) over each of the numbers so that they do not smudge over time. I cannot wait to use these in lab this Spring!

The silicone pieces in the jaw came out the first day which was disappointing. But otherwise this is a great teaching/ learning tool. The top of the skull removes easily. I would recommend putting instructions with the skull for first time users letting them know that this is possible. But the skull is study. The numbers are legible. The reference tool is laminated. And very handy. I have named my head Bob.
